Day 1 Lima
Welcome Lima. Pick Up to the Airport and Transfer to the Hotel.
Day 2 Lima – City tour
Breakfast. At proper time the bus pick you up to the hotel.
We visit the historical center of Lima, including «Paseo de la República», «Plaza San Martín», the Main
Square and the surroundings monuments: » The Goberment Palace, the Cathedral, the Archbishops
Palace; City Hall, the Desamparados train station, and the Moorish-style houses and balconies along Lima
old streets.
In the catedral, the tour guide will show you the sacristy, the side chapels, the impressive Choir seating,
and the tomb of Lima founder, Francisco Pizarro.
The Next stop is San Francisco convent, with the best exhibition of Colonial art in Latinoamerica. The
tour includes the Choir hall, the Monk is library and the sacristy, featuring collection of Zurbaran and
Rivera oil paintings. After visiting the main yard of the cloister to see its fine XVI century seville styles
and Moorish Arches, the tour will proceed to the underground cripts known as the catacombs.
After we will visit the traditional neighborhood near the San Isidro Golf Club, the olive Grove park and
the modern Larco Mar shopping and the entertaiment complex including the Park of Love where we will
finish with a spectacular sight of the Pacific Ocean.
In the aftermoon you visit the Golden Museum

Day 03 Lima – Pisco
Breakfast at the hotel.
Early in the morning transfer to the bus station to take a bus to Paracas .
Arrived and transfer to the hotel in Pisco. Overnight
Day 04 Pisco – Nazca – Arequipa
Breakfast at the hotel.
Early in the morning transfer to the port of Paracas. Guided boat excursion to the Ballestas Islands,
where we can observe Sea lions, Boobies, Pelicans, Penguins and other Marine birds. On way, from the
boat, we can also see the «Candelabro»(Candelabrum), a giant figure etched in the sand on the side of a
hill in the style of the Nazca Lines. Transfer by bus to the City of Nazca, after that you will be taken to
Nazca airstrip in order to get on board a light aircraft that will fly over the mysterious Nazca Lines
which can only be appreciated from the air. In the afternoon you will have the chance to rest a little . We
will leave for the City of Arequipa (10 hours approx.) going through deserts and coastal valleys. Arrival
and transfer to the hotel in Arequipa.
Day 05 Arequipa Sightseeing tour
Breakfast.
In the afternoon sightseeing tour of Arequipa, including the Main Square, one of the most beautiful
squares in Peru, and the Cathedral, a prime example of XIX th Century Peruvian architecture, housing
beautiful treasures in gold and silver. We also visit the La Compañia Church, an ancient Jesuit temple,
maybe the most important one in Arequipa due to its history and tradition, with a beautiful facade with
carved columns, laurel crowns, flowers, birds, etc. A more careful look at the façade, however, reveals the
limits of European influence, as the angels have Indian faces; and indeed one face is even crowned with
feathers. Then, we will visit the Santa Catalina Convent, a «small town» built in the XVII th Century and
opened to the public in 1970, after 400 years as a Cloister. Perfectly preserved for four centuries, you go
back in time as you enter the Cloister and see the numerous, spacious patios and gardens, the kitchen and
slave quarters and stone washtubs of this Convent. About 20 nuns, of what were once 500, still live in a
section of the Convent.
We suggest to dinner at the hotel and have an early night as the next day you will have an early rise to
begin your trip towards the Colca Canyon.
Day 06 Arequipa – Colca Valley or Colca Canyon
Early in the morning, after breakfast, start your trip to the Colca Canyon, visiting on the way Pampas
Cañahuas, the Mirador of the Andes, the Crater of Chucura, the Mirador of Chivay, where pre-Inca
cultivation terraces may be appreciated. Arrival to the Town of Chivay at 13:00hrs. approx. Transfer to
your selected Lodge.
Day 07 Chivay – Condor Cross – Arequipa
After breakfast, very early in the morning, drive to the Condor Cross, a natural observation point from
where the magnitude of the Colca Canyon and the spectacular flight of the majestic Condor can be
appreciated. On the way back to Chivay, visit to the Mirador of Chinina, where we will find the famous
cliffside Tombs and the Hanging Bridge of Sifón that joins the Town of Yanque with Coporaque. When at
the Town of Yanque, visit its beautiful church and its characteristic cobbled streets among other
attractions. To have spectacular views of the Colca Valley, we will drive to the Lookout points of
Choquetipo and Artahuilque and also to the Town of Maca.
In the afternoon, return to the City of Arequipa, arriving at 18:00hrs. approx. Overnight at selected
hotel.
Day 08 Arequipa – Puno
Breakfast. Transfer to the bus station to board your bus to Juliaca. Upon, arrival transfer to
Puno.Overnight at your selected hotel.
Day 09 Titicaca Lake Floating Islands of Uros and Taquile
Breakfast.
Early in the morning, we take a two-hour motor boat excursion on the waters of Lake Titicaca to the
unique Floating Islands of the Uros. These ancient inhabitants of the lake, known as the Water Tribe,
have built their own islands by periodically adding new layers of a type of reed unique to the area called
«Totora». Their homes and boats are also made from this material. We continue our motorboat trip to
Taquile Island, inhabited by Quechua-speaking natives who have developed efficient and unique social
systems, as well as fine hand weaving techniques, down through the generations. Upon arrival at the Town
of Taquile we will have a lunch. Then we will walk through the various hills and archaeological sites of this
6km long island. In the afternoon, return to Puno for overnight at selected hotel.
Day 10 Puno – Cusco (Departure: 07.30 a.m. Arrive 17.00 p.m.)
After breakfast transfer to Bus Station. Visits Guided
PUKARA
It is the most important and oldest ceremonial center of the Altiplano, preceding to tiahunaco,
characterized by a series oh echelon platforms ceremonial center. It also possible to appreciate
interesting litosculptures, trails or tomb stone of intriguing personage that seems to show evidence of a
brave civilization. here is where it was discovered the origins of the Andean culture in the Altiplano.
LA RAYA
Media point in the rout of Cusco – Puno. It is the highest part, it has 4335 meters above sea level, we can
appreciate beautiful landscapes, llamas and vivuas, geographic union between two cultures quechua and
aymara, we can see the Altiplano arid and dry union with the quechua zone with rivers and valleys.
Lunch in SICUANI.
RAQCHI (Temple of Wiracocha God)
To 121 Km of Cusco, it was an Inca church of monumental dimensions: 100 meters of length by 26 meters
of wide and 14 meters of height; the temple is divided in two naves and each nave shows basics of 11 giant
columns. The bases of the church are bulit perfectly carving stones continued with adobe. It is
aprpreciated besides qolqas or granary places of military order, religious, Inka between others.
ANDAHUAYLILLAS
It is named the «Sixtine Chapel of America» and in some sense the comparison examples of the Andean
popular religious art. The church of Andahuayliaas is a jewerly of the mestizo baroque architecture that
developed in Cusco. Its nave presents profuse decoration, especially in the celling decorated with carved
panels which is a recover with pan de oro (type of gold decoration).

Day 11 Cusco Sightseeing Tour and Nearby Ruins
Breakfast. Morning at leisure.
In the afternoon, we will have a guided sightseeing tour of Cusco visiting the Main Square, the Cathedral and the Temple of the Sun or Korikancha Then, we drive out of the City to visit the Inca sites of Kenko,
Tambomachay, Puca Pucara and the impressive Fortress of Sacsayhuaman, strategically built on a hill overlooking Cusco and famous for its enormous carved stones, some of them standing over 9m / 30ft high and weighing over 350 tons. Return to the hotel and get ready to enjoy a dinner with folklore show in a typical restaurant where the musicians play their melodies with Andean instruments of beautiful sounds, while typically dressed dancers will show you different ancient Peruvian dances.
Day 12 : Sacred Valley (Full day)
Breakfast at the hotel. Excursion to the Sacred valley of the Incas.
Visit the native fair in Pisaq, trip along the Sacred River (Vilcanota) on paved road, arrival at Urubamba, lunch buffet, trip to Ollantaytambo town and fortress, back to Cusco through Chinchero (Cusco Plateau).
This beautiful and inviting valley between Pisaq and Ollantaytambo was esteemed by our ancestors due to the especial conditions it has like: beneficial climate, generous fertility of its land and the presence of
the Wilcamayu or Sacred River. The andean man, encouraged by the goods Mother land provided, made architectural works related to agriculture which was the main activity developed in the old Peru. In this zone, the Incas found an appropriate place to leave examples of their wide nowledge on hydraulics and their deep love for nature. For example we can see aqueducts, watering canals course control of the Wilcamayu, farming plateaus and worship centers to the Pachamama or Mother Land; for all this, it is known as the Sacred Valley of the Incas.
Pisaq, pictures que town with half-breed-colonial appearance. It is located in the province of Calca at the beginning of the Sacred Valley of the Incas, 32 km from Cusco. It was founded during the Viceroy ship of Francisco de Toledo. They offer several crafts, being textiles and ceramics the most important. Every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday there are craft fairs in the main square.
On Sundays, the people have the native market and celebrate the traditional mass in Quechua language with the attendance of the Varayocs or native Mayors.
Ollantaytambo, huge agricultural, administrative, religious and military complex of the tawantinsuyo, 97 km away from Cusco. You can see the architectural style of its streets and fields as mainly pre-Hispanic, huge polyhedrons form the walls trapezoidal portals of temples and palace. In the highest part and oriental of the city, we can see a mountain which keeps countless pre-Hispanics constructions such as temples and farming plateaus. The main Temple stands out with the facade formed by six red monoliths perfectly assembled together. It shows stepped molding which determines the land. Back to Cusco through Chinchero.
Chinchero, old agricultural Inca center, district of the province of Urubamba, consisting of 10 ayllus or native communities. It is at 3762 m.a.s.l. and at 29 km from Cusco, with beautiful Andean Pumasillo or “La Veronica”. The typical Sunday market where native peasants come from several communities to buy or trade, features the artisan textiles of the area. Return to Cusco and overnight.
Day 13 : Cusco – Machupicchu
Breakfast. Excursion to Historic Santuary of Machupicchu. Transportation from hotel to train station.
We begin our trip to Machupicchu which lasts three and a half hours by train where you can feast your eyes on the vegetation of the area going up the high mountains which form the Urubamba Canyon. We arrive at Puente Ruinas Station (Aguas Calientes) where we take the tourist buses that take us up along the 8 km. road to the Machupicchu Ruins Hotel. The control at the entrance of the Inca City is near the hotel.
The guided tour to the archaeological complex begins at a path starts at the bus stop, we go through some rooms near the peripheral wall. Later we walk on a path to access the agricultural section and then the urban area.
Machupicchu, is located 113 km from Cusco and at 2350 m.a.s.l. It is in a sub-tropical area with an average annual temperature of 13°C during the day. There are two clearly defined season: the rainy season from November to Mach and the dry season from April to October.
This Inca city was discovered by Hiram Bingham on July 24th, 1911. This archaeological complex is divides in two sections: the farming and the urban one. At the same time they are divided in sites like: check point, the high cemetery and ceremonial rock, the temple of the sun, the Intiwatana, the sacred rock group, the three-window temple, the main temple, tombs, doors, fountains and squares Transfer to your Hotel at Aguas Calientes.
Day 14: Machu picchu – Cusco
Breakfast. Day Free for personal Activities.
In the afternoon take the train to came to Cusco. Arrive at Poroy Train Station and Transfer to Hotel.
Day 15 :Cusco – Lima – International flight.
Breakfast. Transfer to Cusco airport to take your departure flight to Lima and connected with the international flight.
